Kick up energy and excitement levels with our REVOLUTIONARY 18″ Airless Handheld Confetti Launchers!
Each "hand flick" confetti launcher is preloaded with tissue FLUTTER FETTI confetti at both ends, giving you
two shots per tube and two times the fun! The Flutter FETTI confetti is 2” X ¾” and is designed for easy clean up.
- You can choose which colors you want in the tube by simply clicking on the tissue colors shown to the above.
- You can include up to 10 colors in the tube. Please note to make custom color 18” Airless Flutter FETTI
- Confetti Launchers the minimum order is 10 tubes.
- There is NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR TUBES FILLED WITH MULTICOLOR OR WHITE TISSUE. You can
order as many or as few as you desire.
It’s very simple to operate this handheld confetti launcher. Simply hold either end and hold your arm straight up
into the air. Then with the simple “flick of the wrist”, begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 high. The 18″ tube will
propel rectangular-shaped Flutter FETTI tissue confetti 15′ to 20′ high into the air. Then turn the tube over raise
your arm high into the air and begin flicking again until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.
It’s important that you don’t flick the tube forward because the tissue Flutter FETTI confetti will fly forward landing
on the floor which will disappoint you and your guests.

Instructions for Use
Step 1: Hold the end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up above your head until
it’s in the 12 o'clock position.
Step 2: Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. In one continuous motion, quickly return your arm
to the 12 o'clock position while flicking your wrist. Repeat until the entire product is out of the tube. If nothing
happens, you may not be flicking hard enough. Repeat with more vigor.
Step 3: Turn the tube over, hold the empty end and repeat Step 2 until the mini confetti cannon tube is empty.
Step 4: Enjoy the breathtaking moment!WARNING: Do not point, flick, or fling this handheld confetti launcher toward anyone when using.
